I’m an Army veteran, operations executive, and builder at heart. With over 20 years of experience across SaaS, service industries, and public sector work, I specialize in bringing structure and momentum to organizations ready to grow—but unsure how to scale their systems to support it.

Throughout my career, I’ve led cross-functional teams in operations, customer success, technical support, implementation, and training. I founded Levara to serve organizations that need more than advice—they need someone who can jump in, drive progress, and bring clarity to the chaos.

Beyond my work, I’m deeply involved in my community. I’m passionate about international humanitarian efforts and active in local initiatives focused on social justice, literacy, and equity. I believe operational excellence can be a force for good—and I bring that belief into every engagement.

Levara LLC was created to help organizations that are ready to grow—but stretched too thin to do it alone. We exist to bridge the gap between strategic planning and operational execution, offering hands-on leadership to help move your most important internal projects forward.

Based in Southwestern Pennsylvania, Levara is a woman- and veteran-owned firm that partners with nonprofits, B Corps, and small businesses who want to scale sustainably and work smarter—not harder.

With deep roots in operations, customer service, IT, and project management, we understand how organizations really run. That means we’re not just designing elegant solutions—we’re building systems that your team can actually use.

Levara is derived from the Latin word levare, meaning to lift. We believe every organization deserves a lift—especially during moments of growth, transition, or overwhelm. Levara exists to provide that lift, helping you rise above operational noise and focus on the work that matters most.
